IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER

FIND YOUR PARTNERS — EST. 2023

At FIND YOUR PARTNERS, we believe that every partner arrangement should be built on mutual understanding, honesty, privacy, respect, and personal choice. Our goal is to encourage responsible connections between consenting adults who share compatible interests and expectations.

Before registering, contacting another participant, or making arrangements to meet, please read and understand the following important guidelines. They are intended to help every participant understand their responsibilities and make informed decisions throughout their experience on our platform.

1. MUTUAL CONSENT MUST ALWAYS COME FIRST

Every interaction, conversation, and meeting must be based on the free and voluntary agreement of everyone involved. Both participants have the right to decide what they are comfortable with and what they are not willing to accept.

Consent must never be assumed simply because someone has registered, selected a partner option, exchanged messages, agreed to meet previously, or participated in a similar arrangement before. Every individual has the right to establish personal boundaries, decline a request, change their mind, or withdraw consent at any time.

No participant should use threats, intimidation, emotional manipulation, persistent pressure, or any other form of coercion to influence another person's decision. If either person is uncomfortable with a proposed activity or arrangement, that decision must be respected without argument or retaliation.

Remember: Registration does not mean consent, and agreeing to one thing does not automatically mean agreeing to everything else. Mutual willingness and respect must remain present at all times.

2. PRIVACY AND DISCRETION ARE ESSENTIAL

We understand that privacy and discretion are important to many people who use FIND YOUR PARTNERS. Participants are expected to handle one another's personal information responsibly and avoid actions that could unnecessarily expose another person's identity or private life.

Do not share another participant's phone number, photographs, home or workplace address, private conversations, social media details, or other identifying information without their permission, unless disclosure is required or otherwise permitted by law.

Never publish, forward, record, or distribute private messages, photographs, videos, or other personal material as a means of embarrassment, intimidation, revenge, or pressure. Respect the confidentiality of conversations and avoid making promises about absolute secrecy that cannot realistically be guaranteed.

Participants should also take responsibility for protecting their own information. Share personal details gradually, use appropriate privacy settings, and exercise caution before moving conversations outside the platform.

Your privacy matters, and so does the privacy of every other participant. Discretion should be mutual, responsible, and supported by respectful conduct.

3. NO FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS BETWEEN PARTNERS

FIND YOUR PARTNERS promotes arrangements in which participants understand and respect the agreed boundaries concerning money and personal expectations.

Neither participant should demand, pressure, threaten, or manipulate the other into providing money, gifts, financial assistance, or other benefits as a condition of participation in an arrangement where such obligations have not been mutually and lawfully agreed upon.

Participants should communicate clearly about their expectations before proceeding. Do not assume that a person owes you money, gifts, transportation expenses, accommodation, or other benefits simply because you have communicated, agreed to meet, or previously participated in an arrangement.

Please understand that any registration or service fee charged by FIND YOUR PARTNERS is separate from the personal interaction between participants. A platform registration fee is not a payment to another participant and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular person will agree to meet or continue an arrangement.

If anyone requests an additional payment outside the platform's stated process, verify the request before taking action. Never send money because of threats, pressure, false promises, or claims that you must pay to secure another person's consent.

4. CLEAR AND HONEST COMMUNICATION

Good communication helps prevent misunderstandings and allows both participants to make informed decisions. Before agreeing to proceed, take time to discuss your expectations, personal boundaries, availability, preferred communication methods, and practical arrangements.

Be honest about your intentions and avoid giving misleading information about yourself, your circumstances, or what you are willing to offer. Do not make promises you have no intention of keeping, and do not encourage another person to proceed based on information you know to be false.

If your circumstances change, communicate the change respectfully and as early as reasonably possible. If you are no longer interested, cannot attend a planned meeting, or wish to change the arrangement, explain your decision without insulting or intimidating the other person.

Both participants should have an opportunity to ask questions, express concerns, and clarify expectations before making a decision. Silence, hesitation, or a lack of objection should not be treated as automatic agreement.

Honesty builds understanding, and clear communication helps both parties decide whether an arrangement is right for them.

5. PERSONAL SAFETY SHOULD NEVER BE IGNORED

Every participant is responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect their personal safety. Although communication and registration may help people connect, FIND YOUR PARTNERS cannot guarantee another participant's identity, intentions, behavior, or suitability.

Before meeting someone, consider getting to know them through conversation, choosing an appropriate initial meeting location, arranging your own transportation, and informing a trusted person about your general plans. Make decisions that suit your circumstances and comfort level.

Avoid sharing sensitive information too quickly, including financial details, passwords, verification codes, security information, or your exact home address. Be cautious of suspicious requests, inconsistent information, threats, unusual payment demands, or pressure to make decisions before you feel ready.

If a person makes you feel unsafe, disregards your boundaries, or behaves in a threatening or abusive manner, you are entitled to end the conversation or cancel the meeting. Where appropriate, seek help from a trusted person or contact the relevant authorities if you believe you are in immediate danger.

Do not feel obligated to continue an arrangement simply because you have already registered, spent time communicating, or made preliminary plans.

Your safety, peace of mind, and personal judgment should always come before any planned meeting.

6. RESPECT, FLEXIBILITY, AND PERSONAL BOUNDARIES

Every participant has individual preferences, expectations, responsibilities, and limits. These differences should be treated with maturity and respect.

No one should be insulted, threatened, harassed, blackmailed, or discriminated against for declining a request, expressing a preference, setting a boundary, or deciding that an arrangement is no longer suitable.

Either participant may pause communication, decline a proposed meeting, renegotiate an arrangement, or end their participation. These decisions should be accepted without intimidation, retaliation, or repeated unwanted contact.

Respect also means understanding that people have responsibilities outside the platform. A participant may be unavailable, may need time to respond, or may decide not to continue communicating. Do not assume that another person owes you constant access to their time, attention, or personal life.

Flexibility does not mean ignoring your own needs. You are equally entitled to establish boundaries, communicate concerns, and walk away from an arrangement that no longer feels appropriate.

A respectful arrangement is one in which both people feel free to make their own decisions without fear or pressure.

7. UNDERSTAND THE PLATFORM'S PURPOSE AND LIMITATIONS

FIND YOUR PARTNERS provides a platform for eligible adults seeking compatible partner arrangements based on the available options and stated conditions. Participants should carefully review the details of their selected option before registering.

Registration provides access to the relevant registration process or service described by the platform. However, registration does not guarantee a successful match, acceptance by a particular participant, a meeting, continued communication, or any specific outcome.

Every participant has independent preferences and the right to decide whether to communicate or proceed. A registration fee should not be interpreted as purchasing another person's time, attention, agreement, or participation.

Please review the applicable Partner Options, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy before completing registration. If any information is unclear, seek clarification through the platform's official support channel before making a payment or submitting personal information.

8. REPORT MISCONDUCT AND SEEK CLARIFICATION

We encourage participants to act responsibly and to raise concerns when they encounter behavior that appears threatening, deceptive, abusive, or inconsistent with the platform's published rules.

If you experience harassment, impersonation, privacy violations, coercion, suspicious payment requests, or other concerning conduct, preserve relevant information where safe and appropriate, and report the matter through the platform's designated contact or reporting channel.

Do not retaliate by publishing another person's private information or engaging in threats. Allow concerns to be addressed through appropriate reporting procedures and, where necessary, relevant legal or emergency channels.

Before registering, ensure you understand the platform's published rules and know how to contact support. Any report should be made honestly and with sufficient information to help the matter be assessed.

9. MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS BEFORE REGISTERING

Before proceeding, take time to review the available partner options, applicable fees, eligibility requirements, privacy information, and platform policies. Make sure you understand what the registration fee covers and what it does not cover.

Provide accurate information during registration and submit only information that is required for the stated purpose. Do not submit another person's personal information without appropriate authorization.

If you have questions about registration, fees, privacy, cancellation, or the platform's procedures, seek clarification before completing the process. Making an informed decision helps you understand your responsibilities and reduces avoidable misunderstandings.

Please remember that personal arrangements depend on the independent decisions of the people involved. No participant should be promised or led to believe that payment guarantees another person's agreement.

OUR COMMITMENT TO RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY

FIND YOUR PARTNERS encourages privacy, honest communication, mutual understanding, personal responsibility, and respect for individual choices. We expect all participants to conduct themselves responsibly and to recognize that every person has the right to establish boundaries and make independent decisions.

By using the platform, participants should act in accordance with the applicable rules and policies, respect other people's privacy, avoid coercive or misleading conduct, and prioritize safety throughout their interactions.

Please remember these essential principles:

- Consent is mandatory: Every interaction must be voluntary.

- Privacy is mutual: Protect your own information and respect the confidentiality of others.

- No coercion: No one should be pressured into an unwanted activity, meeting, payment, or arrangement.

- Communication matters: Discuss expectations and boundaries honestly.

- Safety comes first: Take reasonable precautions and trust your judgment.

- Personal choice must be respected: Either participant may decline or end an arrangement.

- Registration is not a guarantee: A fee does not guarantee a match, meeting, or another person's participation.
